Bhagat Mahasabha, MSS to work unitedly

JAMMU: A meeting of Bhagat Mahasabha and All J and K Megh Sudhar Sabha (MSS) was held at old Rehari Jammu in which M.R Bhagat was elected as Chairman of Co-ordination Committee of Bhagat Mahasabha and All J and K MSS.
Besides chairman, five other members from each Sabha will be elected later on for better co-ordination between two Sabhas. National President of Bhagat Mahasabha who reached Jammu from Punjab, while addressing the mediapersons welcomed M.R Bhagat as Chairman of Co-ordination Committee. He said that from now onwards all programmes will be held jointly by both the Sabhas and will work as one unit for welfare of Megh Samaj. He further said that unification of both Sabhas will go a long way in mitigating miseries of Megh Samaj. He appealed to all people of Samaj to support and cooperate with new chairman as it is need of hour to fight unitedly for cause of the community.
Bhagat said that he will work with dedication and will be able to bring whole community at one platform. He cautioned Megh Samaj to be vigillant against anti social elements who are trying to sabottage unity of community.
Prominent among other members who were present in the meeting include-Bodh Raj Bhagat, President Bhagat Mahasabha; Jatinder Jindh, General Secretary Bhagat Maha Sabha Punjab; Girdhari Lal Bhagat, Distt. Coordinator Gurdaspur Punjab; Asha Bhagat, Distt. Co-ordinator Mahilla Wing Gurdaspur Punjab; Chanchala Bhagat, President Women Wing J and K; Mohinder Bhagat, Surinder Bhagat, Swarn Bhagat, Jagdish Raj Bhagat, Charan Dass Bhagat, Satya Devi, Basanti Devi and Suman Bhagat.
